We can pretend it’s slang for being crazy or something. But we know the truth. It means you went in a cup of shit. A 3-foot cup of shit. After being shrunk by a ray-gun. A half full cup of shit. (Or half empty.) That's in the corner of Steve's room. So it can be looked at. Or eaten. Your choice. You can do whatever you want with it.

I wish you luck and hope that this shit doesn't happen again! Has there been fires in CA this late in the year in the past!? I mean it's fucking mid-November and our temps here in the bay are supposed to be in the 80's for the next 5 days!
I think this is the beginning of fire season for LA. I recall that when the first bout of flames hit people on the radio were noting that the fire department was warning people that there may be fires accompanying the beginning of Fall. The summer heat dries everything out and one the Santa Ana winds hit some of the worst fires are capable of rapid expansion.
Good luck Crow. I wish you luck and will send good vibes your way today.
Keep us updated.
my house is fine! it seems the worst is over, though my heart goes out to those that have lost houses, many of them are my close neighbors, my block was safe, but just one block and one block down got hit hard. The fire made a horseshoe around my house, thank God my block was in the middle, but I still feel bad for the others, this will change many lives and I doubt very much my community will be the same now. Im not sure how available I will be today, many of my friends and family are still trying to make sure that Im ok, I bet much of today will be spent reassuring people that everything is fine, the ground is just smoldering, hopefully it stays that way. I also have to unpack everything I packed, and that could take a while, I was much more methodical this time. I just wanted to let you all know that as of right now everything is fine.
I'm glad you're safe, I feel horrible for your neighbors though. Sorry we've been out of touch, we picked up a really nasty strain of flu. ugh... *snot* Hope conditions are still improving in your neck of the woods.
Wow, I just heard this morning how close this one got to you! I'm glad you're okay but sad for those in your neighborhood who got hit. I mean, We've walked around there so much in our lives that I at least have an idea of how hard having your house burn down especially in these troubled economic times can be.
Regardless though, it's like in those movies where a tornado clears one half of the street and not another.
Hows your health man? That smoke can mess you up you know....
my health is good but the smoke and ash were disturbing me on the actual day of the fire. I was just in my house holding my sides because it felt like I had smoked too many cigarettes. It cleared up though and I guess after years of abuse my lungs are used to harsh smoke.
Now that's what I call looking on the bright side of things man. I'm with Ron on this one though It seems crazy that there are serious fires going on in November, at least from a north coast perspective. I can't really imagine what you're going through man. The closest I came to fires like that was when the Berkeley hills went up but I just saw the aftermath a day or two after everything was out and done with. Glad everything is over and you and the neighborhood are starting to recover.
