Hi guys. Just wanted to let you know that after some confusion with the national park service sending out emails saying that we both had permits reserved and had been rejected, I've just confirmed that we do in fact have backpacking permits for Aug 9-12. So everybody better start climbing up hills lugging 50 pounds of crap on their backs to prepare. And we need Platypus Brigade hats, and a little flag so we can claim Half Dome in the name of the Brigade.

uhmm, not sure Id rock a hat with a lobster on it, I know for sure Id wear a shirt! Perhaps thats just from me being used to Tabard. The flag should have the lobster. We need a committee in charge of this trip.
Flag!? We need a battle standard that grants us all 15% increased health within 50 yards for 2 minutes!
Yeah we need some stamina gear for the trip. I'm still in school so I got the 50lbs of crap hauling down pat. Should we try a bandanna instead of a hat?
haha, bandanna ehh? Considering the area where walking in this may be one of the phew chances I could have at wearing a bandanna and not being shot. Dan could be into something here.
