Well, I guess pumpkin and blackberry for friday it is! I actually have no problem making two pies as my sister has demanded I conduct a pie workshop for her next week. Funny enough, I just made my first pie on my own! It wasn't too bad either. Well, the filling could have been better...blackberry and plum wine are good when initially bitten. Not so much for the aftertaste. Guess plum wine doesn't bake well. But I'm moving forward. Next up, blackberry and "cherry water"!
