Ummm yeah, this from gizmodo. The link includes a video of Lockheed Martin Multiple Kill Vehicle (MKV). What does it do? It's meant to "search and destroy multiple warheads and countermeasures using a single launcher".
Kind of looks like a drone from HL or any number of scary, that would suck in real life, machines...
What's really neat about this thing is that it kind of "floats" in 3-D space...I'm assuming it's just firing downward with enough firepower to keep itself afloat.
I wonder how much just this 30 minute run costs...beyond that, even though it's supposed to be for countermeasures, imagine this thing used against a normal human population? I know there are worse...but this is oddly different....
