How To Make Mr. Watanabe Come Out Of Hiding

So I'll make a long story short. I tried out a fast loading linux build on my old laptop. I liked it it a lot. Yadda, yadda, yadda I installed Ubuntu on my old laptop. It works pretty good, except for the fact that I can't get an internet connection going. I have some promising leads, but I think I may need the help of a man gone missing a week ago. He was supposed to set up a code page on kiln and call Dan, but those things didnt happen and no one has heard from him since. I hope he's happily working at his new job this week and arises from the depths sometime soon to give aid. Time will tell.

Have You Seen This Man?

Gone missing since last Thursday, Lorenzo, or as he is known in his more notorious circles Mr Watanabe, was last seen at Anne's Cafe on Telegraph. Witnesses report that he seemed in good cheer and had a big appetite. A local and frequent patron of Anne's had this to say:

"He just leapt up from the table and roared. Then took off flying into the sky shaking his mane wildly. I'd never seen anything like it."

The authorities have recently pardoned him of all crimes at the request of his family and friends in order to see him safely home. The only lead they have is a wikipedia link sent by an anonymous tipster.

What you see above illustrates my own little character creation process. It's kind of funny, you can see my idea of "The Marmot King" slowly taking shape. I used some ideas from Frank Cho's Liberty Meadows for this one, I like it though. My first draft is more life-like and slowly I add the cartoonish elements.

Anyways, I hope to draw some sketches for "The Great Paladini," and "Mr.Watanabe." They will cooperate with "The Marmot King" for the sole purpose of world domination. I really wanted to get "The Marmot King" down. I'm sure you can all guess, my favorite is the drawing on the right. After I drew it, I had a thought...maybe I'll put the guy in a dress shirt and tie. Could be fun.

Have You Seen this Man? PART 2

This japanese, pirate, former yakuza, bike riding, booze drinking, mad man is wanted in connection to Mr Watanabe. It is suspected that he was the middle man for Mr Watanabe and the Japan branch of the Marmot Yakuza. He's seen here disguised as his hero Captain Jacked Sparrow. His whereabouts are unknown but he was last seen in the Saitama Prefecture city of Kawaguichi. The intelligence gained from apprehending this man would be invaluable; if seen approach with caution and carry large quantities of alcohol to subdue him. One lead will help us take down Mr Watanabe, previous intel is below.
