Hey all! So just wanted to make a quick post of randomness. Buck-O-Nine is going to be playing in SF at the Bottom of the Hill on April 25th. So far, at the very least, me and Dan are going. The Yosemite trip is coming up pretty soon (the weekend of Syd's b-day, may 2nd). We got a total of six people for the site with space reserved for me, Syd, Steve, Lorenzo, Evelyn, and Adam (if he ever doesn't zone out when being asked about it, hehe). I'm sure Syd will make a post with more specific info pretty soon. I'm leaving for L.A. tomorrow morning and will be back on the 14th. And on the super random, does anyone remember the song at the end of the playlist below?

how can you forget soul coughing? their freaking great. and thanks now that's going to be stuck in my head all day again...
you're welcome =)
did they have any other singles that got radio play? for some reason i think there was at least one other that was good, but i cant remember.
Hey guys...
All I can say is sorry for being so absent. There's been a lot going on. A lot of soul searching, a lot of accepting responsibilities, a lot of no monies.
I've avoided posting on here because I have a tendency to avoid uncomfortable things. A common pattern of mine is to neglect people, feel bad about it, and neglect some more. I'm sure you have all observed this behavior. I recognize it as well. Have I gotten any better? Probably not.
Anyways, things look hard for May 1-4. The primary reason is that Evelyn will be graduating mid May and as I type I only have one day of paid vacation time. To add to the stress, Evelyn is trying to finish her thesis on time and has been typing like a mad woman.
I hope you guys can find replacements for the extra spots. If not, I have no problem contributing to the costs for reserving them since I don't think we'll be able to make it and it wouldn't be fair for you guys to pay for extra expenses.
I can't stand the American work ethic. I just don't understand how everyone signed up for the expectation that they should work so many hours a week with so many small breaks.
I have to get back to working (my hours are 9 - 530). But I just wanted you guys to know that I'm pushing hard this week to make deadlines for graduate applications at USF and SFSU for their respective masters programs in computer science. Fortunately they are both still accepting applications for Fall 2009. But that's made me very busy last week and this week.
I hope everyone is doing well and look forward to talking/hanging out once again. If I've upset anyone with my absence then I apologize in advance.
I don't think anybody is upset man, but some of us might miss you! =D
We're just curious what shenanigans you're getting into and from the sounds of it they're crazy! Hope the masters applications go well! I wish you luck.
any idea if you're gonna start up a ymca membership again? would be tight to go sometime if you were. might you be down for frisbee again?
We should have lunch sometime when I get back! Sandwiches at our pad? Anne's?
