Well hey there. I know It's been a while. Ok it's been more than a while but I'm going to try to start writing/reading on a regular basis again. As I need to get ready again (... again) for class in the fall I figure I'm better off getting into the habit of reading and writing.
As part of my training I'm going to be posting all those things I said I'd post... months and years ago.
So to start it all off I guess I'll mention something about pictures. One of the reasons I hate doing work on the web and for the web is that it's hard to make things pretty again. Well at least for the photo sites that problem can be solved.
PicLens
Check it out it's freaking awesome. Don't know where I saw it first, probably Gizmodo or Lifehacker. I've been using it for probably 6 months to a year now and I gotta say I don't know if I'd go back to the old way. The browsing part of it doesn't really work for me but once you've found a gallery that you want to check out it is just so much faster and prettier than the web.
Oh and did I mention it does videos too?
What made me think of it was lifehacker had a recent post about

which just made me like Pic lens that much more, though blow up can be used just from the web if need be.
Anyways feel free to harass me if you haven't heard from me for a day or too, but I'm really going to try to post a few times a week on here as I'm shooting for writing about an hour day (not all online thankfully for you all) accompanied by at least an hour of offline reading

hmmm...interesting, I'm always a little wary when someone says "I will" or "I'm going to try" only time/actions prove to me now...

dude, What, what what, What? dude, your still alive? just kidding. I would have responded earlier but Ive been busy all day being deputized and than going out on a date. still, I noticed your post immediately and I was glad to see that you still remember the cup exists. no matter what happens with the cup at least Ill get to harass you in person in less than 7 days so, until than *shakes fist* and welcome back.
