For those of us who missed it, here's a beautiful pic of the eclipse.
I think I see two of the stars Crow mentions in the sips. Hmmm...a triangle above the eclipse...my gosh, these are marvelous times!

The one night I was planning to go to sleep at 6:45... sigh
sadly we will prolly be unable to see it due to the clouds. here's hoping it clears up in time!
Its so cloudy over here in L.A. Ill still be standing out there for an hour. Haha.

That was tight. I could feel something inside...I felt a calm...
actually, I was at the ecology center member dinner, which was soooo awesome!
I met an old british guy who had amazing questions about how our generation uses technology (he had a phd in sociology)
and a girl who does body work, apparently my body isn't carrying gravity too well.
BUT, it was awesome because Kirk, one of the main guys behind the saturday farmer's market announced when it was taking place. A BUNCH of us went outside and saw the moon disappear, it was only a matter of minutes, but there was an energy there.

ya I saw it. It was very cool. I was watching it for five minute intervals about 20 minutes apart. So I saw it really, dark, than I saw the light return. It was subtle but nice.
oh ya, there was a perfect triangle being made right over the moon. They must be part of some larger constellation but out here in L.A. with all the lights I could only make out the three. It looked like a pyramid was planting right on the moon, like a megaphone pointing towards the moon, and the symbolism reminded me very much of Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon" album cover and related lyrics. I felt very much like I understood why Roger Waters choose such a powerful image to be the defining icon of his Album, and of the late psychedelic movement.
