Some may find this video boring, I didn't. Oftentimes I wonder just how dependent I am on the internet. While I'm not a blackberry user, nor do I receive 90+ emails a day, I very much use the Internet (social networking sites & this blog for example) quite a bit. There have been times, clicking refresh on a particular blog, when I've felt an uncomfortable level of dependency. When I notice myself checking too many blogs, I try to force myself to focus on more important matters. I guess that's the point though, I HAVE to FORCE myself to focus...
sigh...
In the end I hope I could go 7 days without a phone, email, or computer. If I'm on vacation, sure! But like in a regular work week?
Video just kind of made me think.

ya i can admit that i've got an addiction to these technological devices, bu ti dont think i'm giving them up anytime soon. unless i have to in some sort of post apocalyptic world.
