One of my favorite Jonathan Coulton songs...thats right, in the span of a week I've got favorites.
I can really relate to this song...and it makes me want to quit and pursue a life of eating coffee cakes and taking naps.
Anyways, I prefer the video above, but the following WoW machinima does a good job as well. And I like the gorilla, even though it's not a monkey..are there monkeys in wow? hmmm...

Okay so now I'm pissed off. I watched the first monkey video and liked it. I was waiting for the credits at the end.... and there was no credits! WTF!? Was that a pre existing animation? If so what is it? Was it made just for the song? Who made it? WTF!? ><
In case no one else has found it yet, the anime from the first code monkey video is The Legend of Black Heaven, which sounds fairly weird even for anime. Code monkey saving the world by helping alien race get super powers through his leet guitar skills.

Relax my friend, you're right be upset, I was to. For such a good AMV it was quite a pitty there were no credits.
But thankfully you're not the only one to express such sentiments. YouTube is crafty, see, more info can be found in "About this Video" but see, it's not designed for you to really catch that. It took me a while to figure this out and that was only after reading through 5 pages of senseless comments. Heres the "About this Video"

Very amusing. I like both vids but the first one was obviously better. Still the monkey and his two little cats for the "code monkey has a farm fuzzy heart" was very funny.
